The aim of all of these packages is to empower you to make changes so you can be healthier and happier. I will help you discover food and lifestyle measures that nourish body, mind and spirit. Together we will set goals which will be achievable, sustainable and suited to your individual needs; always working at your pace. Sessions are on a 1-to-1 basis, either in person or online.
The ideal package for those wanting guidance primarily with nutrition. It offers an initial 1 hr session in which we discuss your medical history, diet and lifestyle. We identify specific areas that need addressing and I'll give guidance. You'll be provided with a summary of the consultation and a Coaching Plan. This session is followed up with a 1hr consultation. Should you wish to delve deeper and continue on this journey additional sessions are charged at £75 per hour.
An intermediary package for those needing more support than just nutritional advice. We start with an initial 1.5hr session examining in-depth your medical history, diet, lifestyle, work situation and personal relationships . There are then 3 follow up sessions each lasting an hour, where we delve deeper and look at what's holding you back. After each session, you will be given a detailed summary of the consultation and a Coaching Plan to put into practice.
A premium package offering an initial 1.5hr consultation that examines your medical history, diet, lifestyle, work situation, personal relationships and aspirations. This is followed up with 6 one hour long sessions where we journey together and I support and empower you to live a more meaningful and balanced life. You will receive a summary of each consultation along with a Coaching Plan. Furthermore, you will also have access to me via text or email should you need support in-between sessions.
