Nourish Flourish Thrive Health & Wellbeing Coaching run by Valentina Wharton provides a health coaching consultancy to clients which aims to improve their health and wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle interventions. Through dietary and lifestyle analysis we aim to support your health and wellbeing goals through a personalised coaching programme. Coaching may be online or face to face. Depending on your personal circumstances you may be asked to seek the support of other therapists or additional medical support, and you will be advised of this at the earliest opportunity.

We use this information in order to provide you with nutrition and lifestyle coaching for your health and wellbeing. This means that the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for legitimate interest.
Following completion of your health coaching we retain your personal data for the period defined by our professional association the UKHCA and ANP (currently 7 years). This enables us to process any complaint you may make. In this case the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for contract administration. After this period, the data is destroyed.

We also act a controller and processor in regard to the processing of your data from third parties such as other healthcare providers.
